IMPORTANT NOTES FOR REGISTRATION

1. SINGLE SITE USERS (one Vehicle Test Station). There are 2 levels of login:

• Login 1. A unique login used for the VTS; used for site administration and review for all aspects of VTS Quality Control. The designated contact person / administrator does not have to be an MOT Tester
  
• Login 2. A unique login is used for each individual tester. These logins allow testers to enter their own CPD/training data and perform Quality Control checks on other testers.

2. MULTIPLE SITE USERS (more than one Vehicle Test Station). There are 3 levels of login:

• Login 1. A unique login used for individual VTS sites; used for site administration and review for all aspects of VTS Quality Control. The designated contact person / administrator does not have to be an MOT Tester


• Login 2. A unique login is used for each individual tester; allows testers to enter their own CPD/training data and perform Quality Control checks on other testers.


• Login 3. A unique login for head office use; allows any designated staff to review administration and Quality Control records for all sites.

Note. All testers can login at any site in the multi-site group and then perform Quality Control checks on any other tester in the group.

3. EDITING / UPDATING REGISTRATION DETAILS
The registration process requires information to be entered for at least one VTS location and one MOT tester. After registration and payment have been completed, it is then possible to add, edit or update all registration details at any time by selecting the options in the Site Administration section.
