MOT Quality Control and Assessment Process

SECTION 1. ENTER / EDIT VEHICLE TEST STATION DETAILS
To Change/Amend any registration details (including Email Address and Passwords) type new details into the applicable box to overwrite existing details.

OPTION 1. Contact Person is a MOT Tester		This box should be "ticked" if the contact person is also a MOT Tester. This person does NOT need to be added in Section 2 (the details will be automatically stored as a MOT Tester)
OPTION 2. Contact Person is NOT a MOT Tester		This box should be "ticked" if the contact person is NOT* a MOT Tester*

Note. For both options, the contact person will be able to view and print all VTS and MOT Tester reports (including Quality Control records, CPD/ Training records) as well as performing "In-House Inspections" and entering "Equipment Calibration" details.

SECTION 2. ADD / EDIT DETAILS FOR MOT TESTERS
Enter names and applicable Testers-ID Numbers for all Testers and for other personnel who will require Quality Control Checks or perform Quality Control assessments. The personal Email Address and Password will allow access to personal records such as CPD Training details
IMPORTANT NOTE When entering details for MOT Testers, Quality Controllers and Site managers, tick the "Quality Controller Box" if you wish the person to be able to perform Quality Control Checks
